PT Sessions

Training specialities:

  • Muay Thai/Thai Boxing
  • K1 (kickboxing)
  • Western Boxing (punching only)
  • Strength and conditioning for fighters/sprint training
  • Distance running (5k, 10k, 21k)

My typical martial arts lesson involves:

  • Warm up - skipping or light jog
  • Mobility work pre-striking
  • Guided shadow boxing - where you will have the chance to explore and develop your own style without the pressure of a reactive opponent
  • Pad work - where you will get the chance to develop power and rythym hitting live pads
  • Techical/play sparring (optional) - where you get the chance to put your training into practice against a live opponent hitting back (light contact, 20% power)
  • Clinch work (optional) - the stand up grappling aspect of Thai Boxing
